The animations below are just a selection of the DHL #FRIDAYROUNDUP posts for their twitter account.
Every friday all tweets sent out by DHL would be analysed. The most trafficked tweets had to be visualised in a short animation that would go along a tweet with the hashtag #FRIDAYROUNDUP. Most Fridays I would be briefed on the topics around 10 am and had to deliver three animations by 3 pm.
These animations were a fun way to test both my illustration and animation skills, but also my ability to work under time pressure. DHL has a strict guideline regarding the use of colours and animation style, it was therefore also a nice challenge to visualise the topics in a very simplified illustration style.
